  There is a certain amount of inconsistency with regard to where these bins go. The size of some front gardens simply cannot have them, but they are still delivered.
  
  It was a massive project that had been going on for some time before it was introduced, but as with many large initiatives, there will be a settling-in period.
  
  I did say on here a while ago, that if people in the Maxton, Elmsvale and Priory ward cannot have them through lack of space or practicality etc. then contact me or one of the other Councillors.
