  Thank goodness.. its switched off this morning...
  
  Alas though, what are the congregation of drunks, homeless and down and outs going to watch whilst they sit on the benches in the market square...??
  
  I saw 4 of them this morning walk along the streets picking up fag ends to smoke later, and drinking straight from a can. At 8am. Maybe I am getting old and grumpy but this doesnt do Dover any good at all.

  @ Paul and Dover will always have the low lifes as they get away to lightly drinking etc in public and there are quite a few lately around the town.

  Ah yes the guys here are all legends in their own lunchtimes...none other than Jenni, Howard and Big Dave Hannent....as featured on TV. The picture has been watercolourised for effect.
