I do! I think the Mill is super, and if I lived locally I'd learn to mill as well We're lucky to have it.
Regarding the Castle - last time we were there, we overheard a woman saying she'd never been so bored in her life.
(Not quite sure why - maybe she was finding it a bit of a struggle as there's so much to see.)
My youngest goes every time she can - loves it.
