    You are right Gary - my brother doesn't want to be on benefits, he'd much rather be able to earn a bit more and cope on his own, but circumstances at the moment seem to prevent that.

    The thing that is upsetting/frustrating him, is the fact that the agreed WTC have been reduced by more than two thirds, with no reason or explanation and the same with his housing-benefit.
    Working 6 days a week just to (almost) make ends meet, isn't really good enough.
