    the next stage is the most difficult as there doesn't seem to be any community group in the ward to organise anything.

    ddc would have to play lead and decide what is covered in the contract with english landscapes so that it becomes clear what work volunteer groups can take over.

    hopefully a ward town or district councillor will put his or her hand up and act as liaison between volunteers and ddc.

    nothing can be done until then.
