    They may be the cheapest, but can anyone explain why a mult-billion pound business like Tesco appears to be incapable of repairing its petrol pumps. For the second time in as many weeks, they have six pumps out of action. What they need is some competition as they are clearly taking Dover customers for granted. Come on, Sainsbury/Morrison/ASDA let's see a planning application for a petrol station so we can see lower prices, and maybe even some good old fashioned service!
