I have noticed that Tesco's petrol station has been closed for as while,Dose anybody know when it is going to be open again? what are they doing there ,there is no notices up saying that it is closed or when it might be open. I dare say that the prices will go up to pay for it all.

Heard it was going to be refurbished and possibly fitting new tanks.Dont know when it reopens but i,ll be glad when it does.Whitfield garage is so busy,it can take a while just to get to the pump sometimes.

There's a sign up as you drive around it, 31st May I think.

I use the Shell station at Duke of York's. Tesco diesel gives my car indigestion. Maybe that's why they are having to change the tanks.

I had to go to Sandwich this morning and called into the garage in the town.Its one of the few where they still have a forecourt attendant who puts the fuel in for you.

I have just come back from Tesco's b& I am told all being well the petrol station should re open on the 30th May

It's open this morning - 2 days early - and at 106.9. It's a pity I had to fill up yesterday at Sainsbury's!
