    Yes Philip, the article clearly shows that Scotland experienced only a slightly higher rainfall than usual, whereas Wales and England up to the Wall had devastating floods.

    This is because of the climate policies of these three countries: Scotland pursues a nature friendly climate policy, while England and Wales are following a catastrophic road, including nuclear power stations, more and more road traffic, urbanisation on Greenbelt areas never-ending and so on.

    As can be seen, the policies chosen by England and Wales resulted in disastrous floods.
