    Howard,when Centurion house closed down the tax office moved to the Dover Jobcentre,nothing more than just one desk and one member of staff it may still be operating from there.I called into see them a couple of years ago concerning a self employment issue.The man on the desk was very helpful and sorted what i needed to know at the time.I filled in a form that i needed and gave it back to him and asked for a photocopy of it which normally wouldnt have been a problem.He said that he couldnt do me a photocopy as the photocopy machine that was right behind him didnt belong to the tax office and was the property of the jobcentre and they wasnt allowed to use it and unfortunatly they didnt have one of their own to use anymore.I swear this is a true story,i couldnt believe it.I realised that this was yet another service being run into the ground.
