    There was a bloke on BBC Breakfast this morning who is a financial expert in such funds and who had looked at and understood all the detail, unlike most political commentators.

    He put it all into context re Cameron - someone invested some money with his wife in a not very tax efficient fund held in Ireland ( a full member of the EU), and which many people unknowingly also do though their ISAs and pension pots, and paid UK tax on it when they cashed it in. There is no financial story.

    The story is the incompetence of Cameron's PR machine.
