ONE of the world's tallest sailing ships slips under Tower Bridge yesterday with crew members lined along the yards and on top of its 131ft-high main mast, seemingly within touching reach of the bridge walkway.
The Gloria, a Colombian Navy training ship, was leaving London after its first visit in 18 years.
More than 7,000 people visited the 250ft long ship, which is on a world tour. And rest assured, it cleared the bridge with 13ft to spare.
