    Good luck to them and very welcome. Wonder if the fountain was working long enough for them to enjoy!! as they are parked there just off the square. Those little things can only hit about 35 miles an hour and thats with a howling gale of a tail wind whistling up their rear...so they have come a long way on such little things. There has been a lot of these old style scooters about recently, there must have been a rally somewhere. Here is a pic taken the other day of some more huddled amongst the heavy traffic...all had some rally banner or something on them..
