as they are parked there just off the square. Those little things can only hit about 35 miles an hour and thats with a howling gale of a tail wind whistling up their rear...so they have come a long way on such little things. There has been a lot of these old style scooters about recently, there must have been a rally somewhere. Here is a pic taken the other day of some more huddled amongst the heavy traffic...all had some rally banner or something on them..
