Staffordshire should stop swimming lessons during Ramadan to ensure that Muslim pupils do not swallow water a local council has suggested.
Why not ban Muslim students from swimming during Ramadan and allow the other pupils to continue their lessons.

i saw that, stoke on trent council i believe.
i doubt that allah the merciful would consign kids downstairs for accidentally swallowing water.
sounds to me like a pen pusher looking to be seen as active when they decide who to boot out due to cutbacks in funding.

At the end of the day, it`s all H2O.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.
That's not the point Brian, even though you're suggestion is very amusing. I think Marek has the sensible answer to this situation. Let the non-mussies do their lessons and consign the mussies to learning English, Maths and English history.
That way everyone is a winner.

In Arabic, the word al qaeda means a place where people sit. It can be a lounge, a garden, and in some dialects it is a slang word for toilet.
