Karen tested the water and opened the centre for roast lunch today for the first time and boy was it a success with 43 lunches served and enjoyed. It is planned to do the same once a month in the coming year and if the success continues and enough volunteers can be found she would like to open every Sunday.
Ideally a retired chef offering his services would be a godsend but a volunteer in any capacity would be made so welcome, so if you Forumites know of anyone please feel free to send the Karen's way.
