- 23 July 2012 11:23184180Thanks - the funny thing about the lemon tree was the plant was actually half dead when I bought it! I had seen a lemon tree in someone's house and thought it was great and decided to get one. Later I found out theirs was plastic - doh! It's really come on well this year so I'm looking forward to a nice G&T with ice and a slice of my very own lemon!

Last time I saw a lemon tree like that was when Briony and I were in Monoco with PaulB celebrating his 50th Birthday on June1, a few years back now, your Birthday too but of course you were only a teenager then
