    As we know people abusing substances of all kinds cause all sorts of problems in the community. You need think no further than the usual saturday night binge drinking and fighting and so on. The press release above seems to be majoring on alcohol but very difficult to know what can be done about such problems, they are huge issues. Easy to talk about but not easy to fix.

    No drug abuse mentioned above...but perhaps its part of the overall remit. Drug abuse and the need to fund it causes perhaps the most crime in the community.

    Its good to see a county wide initiative so lets hope it brings successes.
