    As an active trade unionist all my life its helpful; to point out these things.

    howard it sounds like the role of guard is going and instead having a supervisor non operative in a way a guard would be in an emergency.

    strange a lot of trade unions are coming out of the woodwork, but maybe now they aregetting confident after years of attacks on them by different govts
