    As I said Winchelsea Road was named after Mr George Finch ,as worded in the book Lord Winchelsea who was Lord Warden of the Cinque ports during the reign of Charles 11, It was not named until 1879.Westbury rd where my family home was right up till the late 1980s was build in 1899.
