    I spoke to a weed-spraying company a while ago - PWS (Professional Weed Services) who were contracted by SITA to spray the weeds 3 times each year.

    Last year and this, I believe they did this just once; to my mind the contract should be direct with PWS so we (DDC) have more control over it and it would actually be cheaper as SITA wouldn't put their profit on the contract.
