  We get one now and again but the main litter problem is caused by a minority of people who put their rubbish bags out a week or more before collection day, thus giving our wildlife a treat.
  
  
  In recent times street cleaners have left filled bags on corners so that a truck can pick them up but they get missed and rubbish gets strewn all over the place.

  Same here, the daft thing with ours is it comes round about an hour before the binmen who although very good inevitably leave some paper blowing around.

  We sometimes get a problem with fly tipping on the green at the end of our road,when i have rang the council to report it they say it will be cleared asap but often its still been there a week later and i,ve ended up taking it to the tip myself,this has happened a few times.
