Why don't we return those illegal immigrants we find back to France, like they did in this instance?

Why do we worry when immigrants are trying to get out ?
As you say Bob, if France can send them back to England, then surely we should be able to send them back to France.
There seems to be a lot of stupidity going on about immigration.

They must be taught a lesson for this, sentence them to living here permanently, we have to.
Harsh I know but it will send a clear message to others thinking of escaping.
