It is becoming a real eyesore. I am sure they are living there which is probably not allowed in a commercial property.

Yes, I was walking by there last night and there were lights on inside the little cabin. It looks an awful mess!

I may be wrong but a reliable and responsible person informed me it is being used by the erstwhile lease holders of a secondhand shop that spead furniture all over the pavement close to Charlton Centre. They have now moved into smaller premises across from a charity shop, Sense, in The High Street. ( other secondhand shop moved in afterwards) Rather an embarrassment for us all as 1 of the "views" when coming into Dover via the docks. Surely that kind of carry on encourages rats and other vermin to settle in the area? Should environmental health not take note? Possibly a local Cllr might take that issue up.
