I have just read on Stephen Sutton's Facebook page that this exceptional young man has died.
Never before have I felt so sad for a complete stranger who obviously had so much to live for and who has raised so much money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. R I P

How sad Jan, but what a positive attitude he had for one so young. He continued to fight to the end and always seemed to have a smile, he touched so many peoples' lives with his courageous fight against cancer.
I hope his example will encourage others too.

Yes, it is very sad, but also so inspiring.
RIP Stephen Sutton. £3.3 million is quite a sum.

Hats off to him, hopefully he will inspire the next generation. And hopefully the appalling trolls who abused him when he came out of hospital last week are feeling suitably wretched. But I doubt it.

hard to believe that keyboard warriors could plumb the depths that they have in this case, must have been traumatic for his family.
they normally get caught nowadays, hope that is the case here.

These trolls are spineless scum who would not dare say those things face to face. I also hope they get caught and their punishment is having to work on an appropriate cancer ward for a few months.
