  Sue may work hard never in my ward though when she was District Councillor, the major issues such as a play area, fly tipping, slum landlords, the bus service and the tram shelter were dealt with by Keef and Roger, nowadays by Peter Wallace and John Heron who are both totally hands on.
  
  The community toilet scheme was great in theory but not in practice as very few people know where it operates. Let's see how many members know where they can use a toilet in town without buying anything.
