  I have a lot of time for Vic and have defended him more than a few times when the going has got rough for him, but his recent posts have been infuriatingly naive and I dread to think what it would be like if he really did end up with any proper power. His passion for Dover and commitment to social enterprises is clear and really commendable, but if he chooses to post and comment about political issues he will have to roll with the punches. He is unfailingly courteous and speaks his mind, and we love him for that, but if he wants to be taken seriously politically he will have to think harder.
