  Indeed, it would be proof that the Localism project was a dud, an empty promise, a vain attempt, and was replaced by an Austerity project instead.
  And that at the local elections, where all things local count, the Coalition received the receipt from the electorate.
  
  Then the Government will stand out like an oddball, people will scratch their head, and from that point on it would be downhill all the way.
  All because the Government decided to hand over all decisions to a few people, most outstanding of all the Chancellor.
  
  Anyone here ever seen "Localism"?
  And that is what the Coalition is about to be told quite clearly at the coming County elections.
