Normally Stagecoach don't give much advance information on timetable changes, they always start on a Sunday and one finds out by looking at the new timetable at the bus stop after waiting. One year they changed the bus stops in Pencester Road without warning and I remember a Folkestone bus moving off from the new stop with no passengers whilst a dozen or more of us were standing at the normal stop.
There has to be a lot more notice given of these major changes.
