Very little notice and nothing at bus stops or on buses where most people would look for info so naturally the drivers take the blame.

There's far too much assumption that everyone looks on-line for information these days. National Express has stopped producing paper timetables; Transport for London has ditched paper bus maps and timetables; plenty of other examples.

Keith, Lew is being critical of Stagecoach and of their communicating with their customers.

The trouble with Keith is that he doesn't seem to understand that I do know quite a lot about how the transport industry works and I am therefore commenting from a position of knowledge, not making partisan judgements. Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to travel by bus in the past month so I haven't seen any notices - but it's well-known that most people either don't read them or don't absorb the message!

Cor I'm going to sound like i'm defending them now,,,, lol
Although as a daily bus user the notices have been in buses for a month or more, not much else to look at as you go lol.....
It doesn't that long since the last rise

A year, Keith. They do tend to be annual as wages go up (among other costs which fluctuate, such as fuel)

I fully understand everyone's rise in costs(including stagecoach) sadly we cant all just up prices, but that aside I'm sure my megarrider went up less than 12 months ago.
after Sept.
I can see quite a few battles ahead like Howard said we had a good organiser on KCC during our campaign,we will have to see if this continues with the new intake.
I'm hearing letters don't get replied to so it doesn't bode well.
