  in town is one thing but driving to a beauty spot and having an idyllic lunch doesn't fit with chucking litter down.
  
  when wccp volunteers do a scrub clearance they can normally fill a black bag or two just with litter.

  that has shocked me paul, i have never seen anything like that - having said that i have noticed a few rather shifty blokes around the battery area in the past.
  
  that bit where you walk from the car park circle the battery, then walk down slightly -parallel with the workshop is where i have seen some.

  All over the place, even in the Drop Redoubt moats in broad daylight once and feel sorry for those that clear up after then.....
  
  Backs up my reasoning for wanting a permanent presence up there to discourage such things as it isn't a nice place after dark
