  I know this is a silly quest,is there a way to get from the car park in Stembrok through to these new shops without going all the way down to Townwall street,I don't drive,but I do use a mobility scooter,can you go down by was was the old cinema .

  Yes Roger that route is open again, or down past scope shop.

  Thank you Reginald, do you know if there are dropped pavements going that way? I seldom venture past Pencester area so I have no idea.

  There are at back of stembrook car park and at Dickens corner traffic lights, along castle street there is one outside carpet shop and opposite burnham vets, also strangely one outside gateway offices directly opposite entrance to what was cinema but not a reciprocating one on cinema side.
  The kerbs are quite low all the way along castle street though.
