  Firstly, as Neil says, the Town Team do not run any toilets.
  
  Secondly today was a DDC event according to their website but no advice given about facilities available on the day.
  
  Thirdly the event did not exist on the DTC website, however common sense dictates that as the event took place directly outside their offices they should have got involved. Should they not want the peasants using their facilities then signs should have been put up and/or put on the order of service that the bogs in McDonald's, Biggin Street and Macari's, Pencester Road are free for anyone to use as DTC pay them for the privilege.
  
  Fourthly human error is one thing but DTC and DDC between them through a mixture of apathy and laziness have let this happen year after year with no sign of things changing. They seem much more interested in the world of finance and real estate to show an interest in basic things.
