More stumbling blocks than you can shake a stick at Vic. It never was going to be easy. We have a generous offer from a leading UK ship repairer for dry docking facilities-but we still have to get her off the bottom of the TEES. The local stakeholders are very supportive-and we also have an offer from a professional salvage operator to refloat her as an exercise-but when is the problem. We currently cannot take ownership until she is afloat again because it has proved impossible to get insurance until then. Happily we have many other offers of help
In the meantime we are applying for funding where we can and laying the foundations for our massive apprenticeship scheme.
She could end up being broken up where she lies-recently this fate befell TSS Manxman-a sad end to a fine vessel-but the preservation group threw the towel in. We move forward consistantly-persistance is the key or is that Quay?!

As we progress, our business plan gets modified- time and corporate patience are our 2 main problems.
Will be making an official announcement in about 6 weeks.
