    They say we should all plant things which encourage bees butterflies and other insects. Our Pieris shrub in the garden, in full blossom, is continually alive with bees and other insects, feasting on its nectar.
    A shrub well recommended, lovely bright red new leaves, and then gorgeous flowers, and can easily be trimmed to size. Ours is about 6 ft high.
