spoke to the landscapers this morning,he was saying that they planted some grasses and such like yesterday, came back this morning and two of the plants had gone missing hence the fencing.
Not surprising that fencing is needed. We often had plants ripped out of our front garden and just chucked down the street.Any update on the bandstand? Shame it cannot be relocated to the seafront, I'm sure it would get more use.
There might just be the possibility that some bird rips out a newly placed plant sometimes.
The freshly dug earth attracts worms, and I wouldn't put it past the odd seagull to rip up a small plant to move the soil and peck ants or worms.
Last year I planted some small cabbage and cauliflower plants in a friend's garden, and within a short time they all disappeared. It could only have been a bird.
actully it was a large bird, about 25 stone wearing a long flowery dress from the dover rent a tent company, and a face like thunder.didnt want to argue so retired gracefully.well more like a tacticul retreat.
