  i apologise for my over re action, but i firmly believe the role of the P.C.S.O. is a vital one, if your aware this isn't happening you should report it, but first find out why they were talking there might have been good reason.
  
  
  on the question of number of tickets issued in Dover i have no idea, and it isa good question to the superintendent in dover.

  i partly agree with your comment,
  yes the powers they have should be better used
  but new powers would need to be seriously thought out
  pcso's are not policepersons nor should they be,
  so any new powers would need careful consideration
