As some of you will know I spend Mondays at the Battle of Britain memorial at Capel, which returned to manned opening yesterday, Monday 4th. The first phone call recieved was a request for the Spitfire flying days, so, here they are!
March - 7/8/9 or 15/16/17 if weather is bad.
April - 11/12/13 or 18/19/20.
May - 16/17/18
June - 14/15/16 -The Hurricane will also fly these dates!
July - 13/14/15
August - 15/16/17 - Hurricane will fly these dates!
Sept - 13/14/15
Oct - 17/18/19
Please remember that all flights depend on the weather, the aircraft avalability etc, if you wish to fly in the helicopter you will need £300/£400/£600 or £900 depending on the flight time.
Saturday, June 8th - Folkestone airshow, I have been comissioned to photograph certain aircraft here and will do so from Capel as the BOBM is on the flight path this year!
I will report on up coming events etc as and when they are given to us.
