Colin if you log on to the Virgin Media Customer homepage and go into your e mail section you will probably find all your spam in a nice little 'Spam folder' in your 'Bin' section there. I use Outlook for e mail which is linked to my Virgin account and I also have a spam filter on that so I never see 99% of the junk. When Virgin made some changes to their set up recently I couldn't figure out why I had two days without any email at all. Had everyone stopped talking to me? No, it was all there until I reconfigured it. The amount of spam is astonishing, around 700-1000 per week.
