  Today Southern water was the worst PRIVATE company in relation to complaints up 77%!!!!!!!!!

  I am dreading the winter bill as I know more of my waste water will go down the drain. During the summer I recycle most of my dirty water for washing the car, outdoor cleaning jobs and watering the plants. Over the winter the water butt covers all those chores.

  N.B.
  It is possible to have your water bill reduced if you think that (approximately) less than 90% of the water you 'use' goes into the sewerage system. These seems to apply to rainwater drainage and run-off also.
  
  I did do a quick search to get an idea of Southern Water's take on this, but there was no result from them. Wessex and Anglian gave 95% and 90% figures.

  southern waste water company allow a small amount for what they call non returnable, example would be a little to water the garden, steam waste from a kettle and you might give your dog or cat some, how ever, it really is a discrace that there is no meter for return waste, I myself am in the middle of a dispute with them over what they say is my percentage of waste in relation to what I use, which is utter nonsense, I have 2 dogs, which I put down water for, ever day around 10 litres, any left go onto the garden, throughout the summer I was giving the wild ponies 20 litres a day, yet again non returnable waste, do they bother to ask me about this, no, they do not, they simply say we allow 3.7% as non waste, well its just not good enough in this day and age and to top it all, with all the money they have made over the years, they have not put one waste meter into a property, but it is time
