  Moments before I took this a young lady with a child in a buggy was forced to walk in the road to the annoyance of a boy racer who wanted to use the rat run.
  
  This is a typical scene days before the bin men are due. Some time ago I did steel myself to comment to the person putting out the rubbish. I won't print the response, suffice to say it wasn't any of my business.

  might be worth putting the full address up terry, waste services do sometimes look in.
  
  a lot of the perennial problem addresses seemed to have cleaned up their act.

  I passed a pile of rubbish on the pavement outside a house along Folkestone Road this morning which had obviously been set on fire overnight.

  Further to my posting #6, it appears as though the burnt items may have come out of the house already in that state. There was a lot of furniture in the front garden too. Must have been a house fire. Hope no one was hurt...
