  3 million Romanians and Bulgarians on the way, which corresponds to a survey carried out by the BBC in those two countries on a sample population.
  
  People there believe Harry Potter is for real, that the pavements in London are lined with gold, and that money in the UK grows on trees.
  The haven't seen the streets of Dover and the increasing number of "little black bags" lining the pavements.
  
  Then again dogs may have ingested golden nuggets while trotting along the pavement, so who knows...
