  It was the Police who informed the Army, as they came across a film on a laptop which led to suspicions a man may have been denied medical treatment.
  This is Britain, a Country where people cannot be denied medical treatment. Our soldiers cannot deny people medical treatment in any instance where they are responsible for their welfare. And so the Police forwarded their findings to the appropriate authority for further investigation.
  
  We will have to await the outcome of the investigation.
