- 26 May 2011 09:13107712I was out of the office yesterday at a conference. Due to my administrator being in during the morning the premises were empty for only 4 hours in the afternoon. These are the only 4 hours, in office hours, all week that my office will have been empty.
Yet it was in those 4 hours in which a parcel delivery was attempted and failed and Veola tried to gain access to do a water meter survey....

I think you can pop up to collect the parcel, I think so anyway...but then when you do that who else will call

- 26 May 2011 09:46107717The royal mail are the worst for it, with the upcoming renewal ive been busy buying online , i wait and wait then think sod it im off for a bath i can bet the minute i jump in theres a knock at the door ! hence i miss the delivery and have to go to the office to collect

I have been working from home all week, I went to London for the day yesterday and on arriving home found an unexpected parcel had tried to be delivered, the window cleaner had also called a day early and the gas and electric meter reader had missed me!

5 mins later there was a knock at the door, the alarm man arrived 2 days early for a maintenance check, result no sleep
