    I suppose I think we should manage our online profiles better! I think it is understandable if an organisation checks out an online profile before hiring - an individuals reputation can impact on that of the organisation. I also think if we have genuine beliefs or drivers we should stand up and be counted. The trick is to balance the two. And frankly, if a teacher thinks it is ok to tacitly promote boozing on a public site s/he may need to re-visit their perceptions of the job.
