    From what little I can discover via Google Maps. We are talking about a triangle of streets;London Rd, Bridge St. and Buckland Ave./Barton Rd.
    Local knowledge is something each of you has. I know from my own experience of these things that great use is made of pedestrian-only 'rat-runs', both as a means of escape and of concealment. Also groups of this sort must meet-up somewhere and have habits as to where they prefer to do their thing.
    If there were reported: sightings, noise, damage etc. A pattern may soon emerge.
    While it is certainly best to cater for the young and their energies things of this nature must be nipped in the bud.
