#62. A bit premature that comment. No more buses came round after that one, why? The notorious bit of road involved is the short steep junction of Guilford Avenue and Nursery Lane, but that`s been cleared all day and gritted by local resident`s as usual. I know a couple of bus driver`s and one in particular tells me that it only needs one driver to complain, and that`s it, no service! There is an alternative up here, and that`s to do the route the opposite way making it all downhill. The bus only has to stop on the opposite side of the road facing the bus stop to pick up passengers, (or customers as the railway calls them). No problem, but obviously there is. Where have driving skills gone? By the way, just got back from Tesco and it`s raining hard, with not too many shoppers about in there. I did expect a few more.
