    A letter I posted to Adisham on the 30th November arrived on the 15th December.....

    A client rang chasing a form that should have reached him a week ago, I wonder how long that will take.

    Best to do as much as you can electronically, unfortunately brace yourself for delays on anything depending on original 'wet' signatures.
