  I wholeheartedly agree with Bern and Marek.
  
  And as for people smoking whilst driving - I once, in Lincoln, saw the result of an accident when a man dropped his lit cigarette on the floor when driving and bent down to retrieve it.
  He ended up straight into a telegraph pole and was seriously injured. He could also have hit others.
