    For anyone who has a tendency to put their cigarette out by standing on it and not pick it up.

    Do this in Maidstone and you will get a £75 fine as somebody found out today, they were fined for littering. Admittedly they should not have done it but I think £75 is excessive, speeding and overstay parking costs less so I have been told.
