    roger,prison is fine for offenders,but a report out the other day ststes that are are very close to full.it allso carrys on to say that the prison officers will not be able to quell riots if one happens,but remember these people work there on the ground and not stuck in a safe office working 9-2-5 and going home to there famlys.
